Upgrading and reconstruction of shopping mall Kutina (Capitol Park Kutina)

The scope of the project was, after the departure of the old tenant Konzum, a complete reconstruction of the building, and the preparation of the unfinished phase for new tenants: Deichmann, Tedi, Pepco and Bipa. Upon completion of the project, the building area is 2,270m2. In addition, we performed the fitout of the Tedi and Deichmann premises to full readiness, including construction works, electrical and mechanical installations.
